Recipe 📓
1️⃣ Prep the ingredients: Cut the chicken (350g), onion (½ stalk), and mushrooms (6 champignons) into bite-sized pieces.2️⃣ Sauté the onion: Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion with olive oil (1 tbsp) until golden brown.
3️⃣ Cook the chicken & mushrooms: Add the chicken and mushrooms to the pan and fry until the chicken is halfway cooked. No need to add oil or water - the mushrooms will release their own juices.
4️⃣ Add the sauce: Pour in the cream (200g), mustard sauce (2.5 tsp), salt (½ tsp), and black pepper (½ tsp). Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
